Set the rules. Keep your plan moving.
Set rep targets and weight increments for each exercise in your plan. When an exercise qualifies for an increase, Barbells shows you the proposed changes at Finish. You choose whether to apply them to your saved plan for next time. What qualifies depends on the progression mode, target type and equipment, so the rules have a page of their own: how weight progression works.
Logging a routine you already have
Build your plan once. After that, starting a workout opens it with your exercises, sets and current weights already filled in, so the session is a list to work through rather than a form to fill. Complete a set, change the weight or the reps when the day calls for it, and carry on. A rest timer starts itself when you complete a set, and finishing the workout saves the sets you completed.

Built for the working set
